No portion of the Space Rig systems—whether hardware, software, AI systems, design, operation, workflows, interfaces, or functionality—may be copied, reverse-engineered, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent from DST. All trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. DST makes no representations or warranties about the content or operation of those external websites and accepts no responsibility for them. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.

 

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Space Rig systems and any accompanying software, AI tools, compute systems, documentation, or related services are provided "as is." DST disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

DST does not guarantee:

• Specific productivity improvements

• AI-generated accuracy or reliability

• Compatibility with all third-party hardware or software

• Continuous uptime or uninterrupted operation

• Cryptocurrency profitability or compute earnings

• Financial returns or operational savings

 

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business, financial, legal, medical, or operational decisions.

 

4. AI Compute and Cryptocurrency Activities

Space Rig systems may perform AI processing, compute workloads, or cryptocurrency-related operations. By using Space Rig systems, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including but not limited to market volatility, hardware wear, electrical costs, cooling requirements, operational interruptions, or changes in cryptocurrency value or mining difficulty.

 

DST makes no guarantees regarding profitability, earnings, performance consistency, or return on investment related to AI compute or cryptocurrency activities.

 

5. Risks of Use

By using Space Rig systems, you acknowledge that high-performance computing systems carry certain risks, including heat generation, power consumption, software instability, hardware wear, and operational interruptions.

 

DST is not liable for damage to hardware, software, data, business operations, AI-generated outputs, cryptocurrency-related activities, or productivity resulting from improper use, incorrect configuration, unsupported software, inadequate ventilation, cybersecurity issues, or failure to maintain appropriate operating conditions.

 

Users are responsible for maintaining backups, cybersecurity protections, proper ventilation, and safe operating environments.

 

6. Warranty

Digital Sign Technologies Inc. (DST) provides a limited 1-year warranty on Space Rig systems, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

What is covered:

• Manufacturing defects in hardware components

• Mechanical failures not caused by misuse or external factors

 

What is not covered:

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, abuse, improper installation, overheating, insufficient ventilation, or unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Damage caused by power surges, unsupported software, or incompatible third-party hardware

• Cryptocurrency mining misuse or excessive workloads beyond intended operation

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

 

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact DST and notify the company of the issue. All returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer.

DST reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product at its sole discretion. Replacements may include refurbished or reconditioned components or units that are functionally equivalent.

 

This warranty is void if the product is used outside of its intended purpose or if it has been tampered with or altered in any way without written authorization from DST.

 

7. Return Policy

Space Rig products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, provided the system has not been used and is returned in its original packaging along with all supplied items.

 

Products showing signs of use, physical damage, missing components, modification, or software tampering may be subject to inspection, deductions, or restocking fees at DST’s sole discretion.

 

Before returning any item, customers must contact DST to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the return packaging. Returns received without an RMA may be refused.

 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. DST recommends using insured and trackable shipping services for all returns.

DST reserves the right to inspect returned products and determine refund eligibility at its sole discretion.

 

8. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Sign Technologies Inc. (DST), including its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages of any kind—whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special—arising out of, related to, or in connection with the use, misuse, or inability to use any DST product, including but not limited to the Space Rig systems.

 

This includes, without limitation, damages for personal injury, death, property damage, data loss, business interruption, AI-generated inaccuracies, cryptocurrency-related losses, system malfunction, loss of profits, or any other commercial or economic loss, regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted, and even if DST was advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

You acknowledge and agree that all DST products and services are used entirely at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from their use. DST makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, compatibility, performance, profitability, or safety of its products for any particular application or environment.

 

This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and shall survive any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Sign Technologies Inc. (DST) shall not be liable for any damages or claims arising from or related to the use, performance, or inability to use the Space Rig systems, this website, or any related services. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, even if DST has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

In any event, DST’s total cumulative liability for any and all claims, losses, or damages—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or otherwise—shall not exceed the lesser of the amount paid for the Space Rig product or $100 USD.

 

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Space Rig systems, this website, or any DST product or service is to stop using the product and discontinue access to the website or services.

 

10. Your Content

If you post, upload, or otherwise share content through our website, AI systems, or communication platforms ("Your Content"), you grant DST a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, process, and distribute Your Content as needed to provide our services. All documentation—including user manuals, installation guides, video tutorials, internal system messages, policies, product specifications, invoices, quotes, receipts, order confirmations, return forms, warranty documentation, and system-generated notifications—are provided solely in English.

 

By using our Sites, products, or Services, you acknowledge and agree that all communications and materials will be provided only in English, and DST is not obligated to offer support or documentation in any other language.

 

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the provincial courts located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

 

14. Changes to the Terms

DST reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website, products, or services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
